Searching for clients by phone number
Did you know you can search for a person in Clever Case by their phone number? While it works, you do have to be very specific in your search: An example is searching for “(415) 686-4417” comes up with one record, but “4156864417” brings another. If you cannot find a number by searching one with the brackets/spacing, try doing a search without the formatting.
