Making International Calls in Teams

Need to make some international calls in Teams?  All users are able to receive calls from international numbers, but making calls requires an additional calling license.  Please reach out to Tech Help on Request Hub and request a temporary "Domestic + International Calling Plan" to add this feature. Once added, you'll be able to call these countries.

Once you have it added, you can dial international calls in your Teams dialpad.  The FCC has tips on how to dial these international numbers from the US.

*Note: Some Idaho/Utah staff have a different calling system.  Please give us some extra time if you need international calling to add this feature
