Commonly Used Tools and Links
Here are a few applications we commonly use across Gravis:
- Outlook (Email): Used for checking your
@gravislaw.com email. If you’re reading this, you’re likely already set!
Access at: The Outlook app on your computer, or download the
Outlook app on your iPhone/Android device. You can also log on from
the road at https://outlook.office.com/
Login Using: Your email address and your Microsoft/computer
password. If you’re unsure of your password, check with Stephen in HR or
contact Tech Help.
- Clever Case (was Denovo): Used for tracking
matters and time.
Access at: https://app.denovo.io/
Login Using: Your email address and your Clever Case password. If you’ve
never logged in before, check your email for a link from Clever Case to set
your password.
- Dropbox: Our file storage
system (currently). You’ll find major folders for clients, employee
resources, and more!
Access at: The Dropbox app installed on your computer, or at https://dropbox.com/
Login Using: Your email address. Make sure you accept the
invitation in your email before trying to use the program. If you’re on a
Gravis computer, it should automatically recognize and use your computer
password. On a phone/tablet, tap “having trouble signing in” and tap
“Single Sign On”, then follow the prompts to log in with your
Microsoft/computer password. To add our commonly used folders to your
account, go to https://www.dropbox.com/share/recents
and for each folder, hover over the name – you’ll see an “add” button
appear that you need to click. That will add it to your list.
- Acrobat Pro: Used for editing and
modifying PDF documents.
Access at: The Acrobat Pro app on your computer
Login Using: Your email address and your Adobe password. If
you’ve never logged in before, check your email for a link from Adobe to
set your password
- Teams: This is used for
chatting across offices, for scheduling meetings, and for many new staff
as a phone. (It replaces Skype for Business and Slack, which we used
to use for communication).
Access at: The Teams app on your computer, or download the Teams
app on your phone/tablet.

password.
