XpressDox Document Automation Software Overview
Overview:
XpressDox is a document automation software we use to develop pleading and document templates in house. It integrates with Microsoft Word and through the use of a questionnaire, allows for quick and efficient assembly of documents in several practice areas. This tool is in constant development, if you have feedback or would like to make a request, please submit a form here.
Please see our training video for XpressDox below. The link to the XpressDox software is located in the Company Bookmarks. If you do not have a license and need one, please submit a ticket to Tech Help. Please note that we pay per license, if you aren't sure if you need a license, please discuss with your manager prior to submitting a ticket.
New features include:
- Favorites – Can now
favorite Templates and Folders
- Recycle Bin – Has its
own menu
- Responsive to Screen
Size – Clients can easily fill out interview on their tablets or phones
- Auto Save Data – Data is
constantly being saved, so if you accidentally navigate elsewhere, your
data is not lost.
- ‘Current’ Menu – Pushing
this button takes you back to your last interview, allowing you to resume
where you left off.
- ‘Back to Interview’
Button – Able to reassemble template with the data preloaded with one
click
- ‘Recent’ Menu – Loads
most recent interviews with the data preloaded
