Attorney Productivity Dashboard "Time Working Old AR" Page Overview and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Overview

After feedback on matter tracking, we have added a “Time Working Old AR” page to the Attorney Productivity Dashboard.
This page will track hours spent on matters where you are the Primary Attorney, and the matter has “Old AR” (where there was an outstanding balance that was past due by 60 days or more at the date the timecard was entered).

Why Did We Add This?

The goal is to aid you in raising your collections by providing visibility into time being worked on matters that are not paying in a timely manner. While there will be some cases there may a good reason for a 60+ day payment delay, we have observed that these past due amounts become extremely difficult to collect after 60 days.  When possible, consider de-prioritizing work these matters.

How Do I Use This Dashboard?

Please Note: We are only displaying “uninvoiced” and/or “do not invoice” time entered in the last 30 days with an Old AR greater than $250.00.
