·       Feedback/error reporting: E-mail Emaline Modahl AND Randi Johnson

Client Service Coordinators (CSC) Team – Client Services Coordinators handle calls only from Potential New Clients (pre-consult)

Client Relations Specialist (CRS) Team – Relations Specialists handle calls from current/former clients, opposing parties, court staff, and anyone else generally who is not actively seeking legal services.
