A Simple Way to Solicit Reviews From Clients

A Simple Way to Solicit Reviews From Clients

Below are locations for which we have easy review links.  The steps below require you to do a little bit of copy & paste.  If you have questions, feel free to send a message to marketing@gravislaw.com.

3 Steps

1) First, look at the table below and find the location that makes the most sense for you.

The link in the “Review Link” column is where we want clients to go – but we’ve already built a simplified link for you in the “Message” column.

Highlight and copy the Message column text that corresponds to your location.  For example, if you wanted the link for Whitefish, you’d copy this:

More advanced users can customize the text using the link in the middle column, but the step above should work for everyone.

Will you please submit a review about your experience with [insert matter details here]? If you would leave a few sentences with an honest accounting of my service and please mention my name and my paralegal [paralegal name], I would be so grateful.  In order to leave the review, follow the link below (copy appropriate Gravis review link above and paste here)

      For example:

Will you please submit a review about your experience with your estate plan review and quit claim deed? If you would leave a few sentences with an honest accounting of my service and please mention my name and my paralegal Marissa, I would be so grateful.  In order to leave the review, follow the link below:

3) From here you can place this in your standard signature or use it at the closeout of a file as a last thank you & request.

You’ll probably want to add a salutation and some engagement text prior to this call to action.  If you’re at a loss for words, we’re happy to help with that as well:  Marketing@gravislaw.com

*Note, to not upset the Google people, make sure to ask for a review, but not to tell folks how to review you.  For example, don’t say, “please give me 5 stars.”  Say, “please leave me a review.”

Optional 4)

If you want to get a bit more advanced, you might consider creating a custom template signature with your solicitation.  From there, you won't have to do this copy and past routine every time and you can select it when you want to solicit reviews and use your normal one when you don't.
