Signing back into DMS

Signing back into DMS

If you are having issues with DMS (such as not being able to view _My Matters or unable to file emails) the extension might have problems signing in. Try the following steps to resolve this issue:
  1. Make sure the following apps are closed:
    1. Word
    2. Excel
    3. Adobe
    4. File Explorer

  2. Open Outlook, select DMSforLegal in the top bar, and then choose Options
  3. Choose the Clear Cache + Auth. Cookies button, then completely close and re-open Outlook
If you are still having issues, please submit a ticket so that we can investigate why this is occurring.
