File Closure and Document Retention Policy and Procedures (Non-Gravis Clients/Matters)

This Policy and Procedures only concerns non-Gravis client's physical files that remain in a Gravis office location. The purpose of this Policy is to eliminate physical files for which Gravis has no duty to safeguard beyond ensuring they are properly disposed of.
