All Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and OAs can view the Interactive Attorney Database (IAD)
in Power BI. You can access the report by clicking the link here: Interactive
Attorney Database. Be sure to favorite this report by hitting the star in
the top right so that you can access this report in the future.
Our Client Services Coordinators rely on this Power BI report to route
Potential New Clients (PNC) to their “ home office” (where the attorney is located)
as well as lay out any scheduling preferences, max limits, or special
promotions for each attorney.
The Report is divided to 3 Sections. Home Page, Attorney Info, and SOP.
On the Home Page, you can Drill down the table by Law Group, Home Office,
State, County, and Matter Type. All of the selections you make affect every
visual or slicer in the page.
You can drill down into any attorney by right-clicking the attorneys name and selecting Drill Through and then Attorney Info to view their Attorney Info.
To reset this page simply click anywhere in the Gravis logo at the top left of the page.
On the Attorney Info Page, you will be able to see the following:
Email, Home Office, Title,
Daily and Weekly Consult Limit (used by Comms for scheduling consults) ,
Scheduling restrictions and Promotions (used by Comms for scheduling consults),
Law Group, Matter Types, and a list of State and Counties the attorney can
practice. Please disregard the Coverage area Map as it is not functioning
correctly at this time.
The SOP Page is used solely by Communications Coordinators when scheduling
consults.
Attorneys: If you see a profile that needs to be
updated, please complete an updated Consult Preference or Consult Availability
Form. You can find both of those in Company Bookmarks à
Gravis Forms à Hover/click the form you need.
