Below are our Gravis account numbers. You will need an individual user account (see instructions below). You can also provide a local store these accounts to be billed. If you need to create a label to print out and schedule a pickup, you’ll need the to/from address, weight, box shape, and preferred shipping speed.

1. Create an individual user account here. Please sign up for a "Personal" account and input your Gravis Law email and phone number. For the username, use the naming convention: First Initial Last Name-GL; ex. S.Jones-GL and create a personalized password. (If you need assistance setting up the account, please follow section "a" in the UPS Account Setup PDF attachment).
   
2. Once you have created your own individual account, submit a ticket to Tech Help using the "Other" Category and provide your username and password. 
   
3. Tech Help will connect the account to Gravis Law's and will respond back to you in the ticket confirming your account is now associated with Gravis Law's account.  

1. Submit a ticket to Tech Help using the "Other" Category to request a FedEx account.
   
2. Tech Help will create a user account through our FedEx account.
   
3. You will receive an email from FedEx asking you to accept and set a password.
   
4. Please follow instructions provided by FedEx and reply to the ticket once you have your account set up.
