Attorneys, here's another resource to help you create and nurture your network of raving fans who will refer you work. When your referral sources sent you a potential new client, your source is communicating that they know, like, and trust you enough to lend you their reputation. Your referral source is putting their own reputation on the line when sending you someone. Help them make it a positive and memorable experience for everyone, and they'll continue to gift you with more PNCs.
