Letterhead: How to Generate

Letterhead files can be generated through a Technology & Innovation tool.  Once you fill out the survey, a letterhead file will be assembled for you to download.  

You can request your customized letterhead file by filling out this XpressDox template. 

Who can request letterhead?
Anyone at Gravis Law is able to request letterhead for official printed materials

How do I find my requested letterhead?
Once your letterhead template is filled out, you will have links to download the resulting file.  Please submit a ticket to Tech Help with this file attached, and they will add it in SharePoint/Teams in the "Shared Org Folder\Marketing\Letterhead" Folder so others have access to it. 

Why is the office phone number different?
The number listed is a special one for tracking our calls with CallRail.  All office numbers listed on cards will go to our main phone tree.

What can I customize?
You can set your name, official title, and email address. You'll also be able to select a specific location or use the PO Box for location-agnostic letterhead.
