Announcement: Legal Operations/Facilities Teams Channels
We are excited to launch the Gravis Law Legal Operations Teams and the Facilities Teams Help channels. These channels are intended to be a bridge between direct messaging members of the Operations team and submitting tickets to Request Hub. These Teams channels do not replace using Request Hub, but are instead an accompaniment to using Request Hub.
To access either channel, open your Teams application and select "Teams" from the left navigation pane. Under Gravis Law Staff you will see the two new channels, Legal Ops Help and Facilities Help.
From there, you can post a new conversation or join an existing conversation (please use “@Legal Ops Help” or “@Facilities Help” to make sure we receive immediate notification). If there is an existing ticket in Request Hub, please reference the ticket number. Note, we may ask you to submit a ticket if it would be more prudent to track the issue through Request Hub, that way we can make sure your issue is adequately and timely addressed!
Recommended uses for the Help channels:
Legal Ops:
1. Have a question that you do not know who to ask or where to submit
2. Notify Legal Ops about an emergency - (I need X ASAP!)
3. Need to know HOW to best request something from Legal Ops
4. Cannot find something on Knowledge Base or Request Hub…Help!
5. Notification that you submitted an urgent request into Request Hub for Legal Ops
Facilities:
1. Emergency facility issue i.e., power is out at your office.
2. Cannot find something on Knowledge Base or Request Hub…Help!
3. Notification that you submitted an urgent request into Request Hub for Facilities
4. If you need vendor or lease term information
