How to add Gravis branding to Zoom and WebEx

If you occasionally use Zoom or WebEx and would like to enjoy the same Gravis branding that you have available in Teams, you can easily add our Gravis backgrounds into either program!

If you don't have these applications:
  1. Zoom can be downloaded here
  2. WebEx can be downloaded here (Choose the download option that says Windows 64 bit)

Zoom Instructions

  1. You must be in an active meeting to perform the following steps
  2. Select the Pop-up arrow next to the video camera icon, and select Choose Virtual Background

  3. Click on the + Icon and choose Add Image. When asked to choose an image, navigate to the Shared Org Files folder. A selection of Gravis backgrounds is available for you to choose from under Technology Resources\Backgrounds.

  4. After you've selected your image, uncheck the Mirror my video option towards the bottom of the menu, otherwise the Gravis branding may appear as backwards for people.
  5. That's it! Close the settings window and your background has now been set.

WebEx Instructions

  1. When you join a meeting, you're asked to confirm your camera and audio settings. Select the Change background option in the upper-right corner, then select the + Icon

  2. When asked to choose an image, select the Desktop icon on the left, and from there you should be able to choose the Gravis Law, PLLC building icon. From there, navigate to the Shared Org Files folder, and a selection of Gravis backgrounds will be available for you to choose from under Technology Resources\Backgrounds.

  3. After you've selected your image, make sure to click on the odd triangle-exclamation icon next to the Change background option to turn off the Mirror my video option, otherwise the Gravis branding may appear as backwards for people.

  4. That's it! Join the meeting, and your custom background will be reflected.
