End
of the Week (“EOW”) reports are for all staff, regardless of current EOW processes. These reports are quick
Microsoft Forms surveys that ask you a series of questions about how your week
went relative to your employment with Gravis and gives your Manager(s) a snapshot of how their team and office location(s) are doing. This should not be too time intensive, and
we have made the automation as simple as possible to reduce administrative
burden. These surveys are valued by managers and the leadership team within
Gravis and allow us to quickly address issues or concerns, as well as celebrate
successes.
What you should expect. Each Friday you will receive an email asking you to
complete the survey by the end of the day. When you click on the survey link within
the email it will bring you to a browser with the forms survey. Once
you submit the survey it will automatically be emailed to your Manager(s).
There is nothing further for you to do!
Who
sees your Survey? Your direct manager will
receive an immediate email with your survey response. Several leadership
members see an org wide report of all answers (Chief Operations Officer,
Directory of Human Resources, and Chief Executive
Officer). You
can be assured that your survey remains confidential and is only seen by your Manager(s) and the Leadership team.
What
Managers should know. You will also receive an
email to complete an End of the Week (EOW) report. You likely will want to wait
to submit your report until you receive all surveys from your staff. It will be
your responsibility to follow up with your team to ensure these reports are
done in a timely manner as well as respond to any actionable issues raised.
How
you can help us. We welcome feedback on the
information included in the survey, for instance what is helpful or what you
think might be missing that would assist you in the management of your team. We
also want to make sure that the automation is functioning properly, so if you
expect a report from a team member but do not receive it, please let us know
right away so we can troubleshoot.
