Email Signature Creation

To create your email signature open Outlook (desktop version), then click on “File”.

Then select “Options” (lower left side of your navigation pane)


A new window will open once this does select “Mail” on the left side of your navigation pane.


Look for Create or modify signatures for messages and select “Signatures”

Email Signature Instructions:

Select “new” email signature and title it whatever you’d like. (For example, GL signature) Make sure that the default signature has your email title selected for both new emails and replies (see below screenshot) This will default your email signature on your emails.


Copy and paste the  Gravis Law logo into that new email signature space. (see attached word document)
Please note, this logo will default to the correct size, so please do not adjust it.



Next, copy the wording, from the attached word document, into your “signatures” tab within the Outlook desktop app. Please make sure all formatting has carried over from this email (including the orange text and Arial font/sizing). You will want to edit the information to match your own, including the “NOTICE” at the bottom of the signature, where it requires you to add your email address.

Click “Apply” and “Save” when you are finished editing the signature.
