Outlook Email Signature Creation

Outlook Email Signature Creation

Outlook Email Signature Instructions:

  1.  Please create a “new” email signature and title it whatever you’d like. Make sure that the two drop-down to the right have your new email signature selected for both new emails and replies (see attached screen shot!). This will help them to default for you.
  2. Insert the attached logo into that new email signature space. It will default to the correct size, so please do not adjust it from there.
  3. Next, copy the wording, below, into your “signatures” tab within the Outlook desktop app. Please make sure all formatting has carried over from this email (including the orange text and Arial font/sizing). You will want to edit the information to match your own, including the “NOTICE” at the bottom of the signature, where it requires you to add your email address.
  4. Click “Apply” and “Save” when you are finished editing the signature.
