Organizational Chart

Organizational Chart

The current Organizational Chart for Gravis is found via Visio in Teams or on SharePoint. The structure of the Org Chart has these main components:
  1. Navigational Table of Contents
  2. Operations Team
  3. Client Engagement Team
  4. Location Leads
  5. Specialized Law (Business Law team)
  6. Gravis Locations
  7. Board of Managers
Practice areas will now be represented through a color-coded system. Everyone will have a main practice area, even though some folks might be practicing in several areas of law:

      

There are two type of management lines represented. Solid orange lines indicate a direct management relationship. A dotted blue line indicates an individual is physically lcoated in an office but reports to a different manager in the Specialized Law tab. 

To navigate within Visio, you can select the tabs located at the bottom. You can also go to the Navigation Tab, hover over the item you'd like to select, hold down the "ctrl" button on your keyboard while left clicking your mouse over the table of contents. Each tab then has a "back to Navigation Menu" if you'd like to return. 

      

If you do the same over each Gravis employee, you can also easily navigate to their profile on the website.

To find to the Org Chart in Teams:
  1. Teams: Go To Teams > General Law Staff > General 
      
  1. SharePoint: Follow these links in your browser: Org Chart
Note there will be ongoing changes within the firm and the Org Chart will be updated on a regular basis.
