Clever Case Change Default Billing Rate

Follow these steps to set or change your default billing rate in Clever Case: 

1. Login to Clever Case
2. On the left-hand side pane, navigate down to the bottom of the screen and find your name: 


3. Click on your name and choose "Settings":

4. Under the "Account Information" tab, you will find your current default rate underneath your "Role(s)":

5. Update your default hourly rate here and click "Submit". 
6. You may need to log out and log back in for the change to update. 
7. Your default hourly rate is now set. Unless a client's matter has a different rate set for you as "User" or your "Role", this rate will be the default on all your new timecards. 

8. To set your Matter rate by User or Role go to "Rates" under the Matter tab:
