Group Messages in Outlooks

To group emails in a conversation into a single email do the following:
  1. In Outlook, Click on the View Tab
  2. In the Messages section of the View Tab, Check the Show as Conversations Box
  3. A message will pop-up allowing you to apply the setting to either the one folder or all folder.
