Acuity: Fixing your calendar sync for MFA
If you set up Acuity before February 2020, you will likely need to update your account. By following these steps, you'll make sure that Acuity is properly synchronizing your calendar with your Office 365 account.
- Log in to Acuity https://secure.acuityscheduling.com/login.php using your Gravis email address. If you're not sure your password, try the default password: gravis345!
- Once you’re in, look in the menu on the left hand side. Click on "Sync with Other Calendars" under Business Settings
- On the top of the screen you should see six calendar options. Click on "Outlook Office 365".
- If your calendar was synced before, you'll see some settings appear. Click the "Disable" link in red in the lower right.
- Once disabled, click back on "Outlook Office 365" in the menu.
- You'll be asked to provide permission to Cronofy to access your account. Click the button to allow, and then log in with your Gravis email and password.
- Your calendar should pop up with a drop down menu underneath it that says Select a Calendar…(Not Syncing).
- Click in the dropdown menu and select Calendar (default Office 365 Calendar).
- Make sure the check box is checked where it says block off time in Acuity from "Calendar (default Office 365 calendar)"
- Scroll to the bottom of the page. You can change the settings on reminders if you would like.
- Click Save.
