 Attached you will find notices related to the upcoming transfer of the Gravis Law, PLLC 401(k) Plan from John Hancock. Included is a Blackout Notice, Participant Fee Disclosure, QDIA Notice and accompanying Fund Fact Sheet(s), Safe Harbor Notice, Summary Plan Description and SPD Appendix ("Notices"). 

 Department of Labor (DoL) regulations require Employers, as Plan Administrators, to provide Plan participants with specific information regarding the Plan, its expenses and investments and to inform all Plan participants of the upcoming blackout period.
